These Terms & Conditions apply to use of gomajesticshine.com and to general estimate, scheduling and communication interactions with Majestic Shine Exterior Washing. Project-specific proposals, invoices or written service agreements may contain additional terms that control the specific job.
Services
Majestic Shine provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning and related specialty services. Availability depends on property location, weather, site access, surface condition, crew capacity and the final agreed scope.
Estimates and scope
Quotes are based on information visible or provided at the time of estimating. Pricing or scope may need to change if hidden conditions, access limitations, extra square footage, additional surfaces or other material differences are discovered. Any material change should be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Property condition
Customers should disclose known leaks, loose siding, failing paint, damaged roofing, electrical hazards, fragile fixtures, prior repairs and other conditions that could affect cleaning. Cleaning cannot repair pre-existing deterioration, oxidation, etching, structural damage or failed coatings.
Access and preparation
Customers are responsible for providing agreed access, closing windows and doors, securing pets, moving fragile items when requested and identifying sensitive areas or property concerns before service.
Weather and rescheduling
Exterior cleaning may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, freezing conditions, unsafe wind, lightning, site conditions or other safety concerns. Majestic Shine will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes.
Payments
Payment terms are established in the project estimate, invoice or service agreement. Unless a different arrangement is documented, payment is generally due according to the invoice terms after the agreed service is performed.
Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling. Any project-specific deposit, cancellation or no-show terms will be disclosed in the applicable estimate or service agreement.
Satisfaction concerns
If you believe an agreed area was missed or a service concern exists, contact Majestic Shine promptly so the team can review the issue. Some stains or material conditions cannot be fully corrected through cleaning alone.
Communications and SMS
By opting in to non-marketing text messages, you consent to service-related texts about estimates, appointments, reminders, job updates and customer inquiries. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Marketing texts require the separate optional marketing consent.
Website use
Website content is provided for general service information and may be updated without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation or reproduce Majestic Shine branding and content in a misleading manner.
Third-party services
The site may link to Google, social networks, 360 Detailing and other third-party services. Majestic Shine is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability or content.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Majestic Shine is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use. Service-related responsibility is governed by the applicable estimate, service agreement and Wisconsin law.
Governing law
These general terms are governed by the laws applicable in Wisconsin, United States, without overriding any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
